SUN Studio’s staff in Aktobe completed its extraordinary order yesterday. The printing on a road stele standing at the entrance to the town has been carried out for the first time in all time of existence of SUN Studio network.
This unique order came in previously from Republican state company “Kazakhavtodor”. SUN Studio Aktobe was committed to not only the printing but putting of the stele too. All these works were finished November, 25th. “Kazakhavtodor” worked with SUN Studio Aktobe previously: recently the printing center had made a map of the region placed at the entrance to the town too.
The stele is made from alukobond. Its main advantage is high environmental resistance, and this is particularly important for such structures. Usually alukobond is used to face facades. That is why use of alukobond is unusual herein. Sagingali Kanibaev, a director of SUN Studio Aktobe, said that the stele will be in use for many years: “Alukobond has very high environmental resistance. And we additionally applied varnish to the stele. This work was done for ever!”
By the way, not only quality is worthy of notice herein. This project is model in lots of ways. The printing of stele made from alukobond is an example of opening of a new market, and this experience will be helpful for SUN Studios in other cities in Russia and CIS.
