The concept of SUN Studio network development in 2010 is declared
December 22, 2009SUN Studio network begins its expansion from 10 to 130 UV printing centers during 2010. Company management announced plans of the utmost Studios amount for every local market in regions of Russian Federation.
On the 15th of December 2009 Anton Borush, SUN Studio franchising project manager, announced the strategy of development in 2010: Today the network is in the stage of growth, and we have defined plans concerning opening of UV printing brand-centers, as well as the scope for markets of a different volume. We would remind you that SUN Studio network renders services of putting color images of photographic quality practically on all surfaces. Among potential carriers there are glass, plastic, wood, canvas, stone, and many others.
As it was early declared, the priority-driven markets for services of those centers are representatives of interior business producers of finish and renovation materials, furniture companies, stained-glass windows and stretch ceilings producers. Besides that there are accessory markets of putting logotypes on advertising production, manufacturing of paintings reproductions on canvas, ritual market, etc.
It is stated that the franchiser is not only a manufacturer of nanoinks and equipment for UV printing of photo quality color images, it is also the owner of a company, rendering services for final consumers, thats why a franchisee is given large facilities. The franchising company manager tells that partners of SUN Studio network can learn best practices of the company and associates in different cities of Russian Federation, learn production and sales technologies, as well as services promotion. Thus, today SUN Studio has worked out image catalogues on line and as a booklet, which could be used by a franchisee in the manufacturing process for satisfaction of interior industry needs. According to Anton Borush, population size of local markets became the main factor, defining the normative quantity of Studios in every region in the network starting period. For example there will be opened no more than 1 UV printing centre SUN Studio on the market of 250 thousand people; 2 Studios in the cities with the population size from 250 to 500 thousand people; 3 Studios with the population size from 500 thousand to 1 million people, and 4 Studios from 1 to 1,5 million people. Decisions concerning cities with the greater population size are made on a case-by-case basis.
In that way the network total volume is 333 centers in Russian Federation from the management standpoint. We understand, that amendments are possible in the process of opening, - says Anton Borush, - but if the main trends remain and manufacturing plans realize, we plan the network extending to 130 centers SUN Studio during 2010. There are already 10 centers of the network.
